Cancellation Policy

There will be an administration fee of $35.00 for any class cancellations.  No refund will be given after five days prior to class.  Credit for another ESRES presentation will be given if completed within 1 year of the original registration, or be forfeited.  No credit or refund will be given if you call to cancel on the day before the course starts, on the day the course starts or for no shows.
